Independent Legal Counsel for Children*

*Counsel may be appointed for children by Court Order or counsel may be hired by agreement of all guardians.

Child-Inclusive Mediation

In Mediation, a neutral professional can assist parties with communicating and reaching child-centred resolutions outside of Court. Child-Inclusive Mediators can meet with the children as part of the process to understand and share their interests with the parties.

Collaborative Family Law

If both parties are represented by Registered Collaborative Family Lawyers, they can enter into a contract with their lawyers to work as a team to focus on resolution outside of Court.
